My Samsung galaxy s7 edge says "recording failed"..??(

So i my phone (Samsung galaxy s7e) says that the storage is low so I cleared my cache. I went to record something and it said recording failed?!?!?! Will try to attach image (how do I fix????)

So i my phone (Samsung galaxy s7e) says that the storage is low so I cleared my cache. I went to record something and it said recording failed?!?!?!

Clearing the cache only clears the junk that apps that aren't well-written, or that you abandon when they're still running (like using the Home button to "end" an app) leave behind - a few MB here, a few MB there, not very much. You're still low on storage. That's why recording failed.
