My Samsung Galaxy Tab is stuck on lightning bolt battery screen

So my Samsung Galaxy Tab died so I plugged it in. Then it showed a battery screen and just stayed there. I unplugged it and it still stayed on the battery screen. I have a battery tester so I tested the battery, and it was OK. Any questions, its been 2 days and still stuck.

Welcome to Android Central! What exactly did the battery tester show? Which Galaxy Tab is this -- the original Galaxy Tab, or one of the later ones?
