My samsung gear s3 problem with watch faces and spotify

So i had my gear s3 for a couple of months and when i upgraded my s8+ to s9+ i pressed connect to new phone and hit ok a bit to fast and my watch got reset to factory settings. Now i cant have more than 1 watch face and i cant connect my spotify to remote anymore. Any tips? Already tryed resetting it again.
