My Samsung GS4 will not boot past the T-Mobile 4G LTE screen

I replaced the battery a few months ago. It just started. It will do this regardless of whether it is plugged in or on battery. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Unfortunately, that often suggests a problem with the firmware or hardware. If you have an SD card inserted, try removing it and powering up again. If that doesn't help, try a different battery, in case your replacement is failing or defective.
