My Samsung J3 Prime just Factory Resetted itself out of nowhere. Why?

I was watching a YouTube video when my phone crashed, after my phone rebooted it said it encrypted itself for security and needed my PIN to proceed. After inputting my PIN it proceeded to wipe all information from my phone (luckily my SD Card was unharmed). Why did this happen? And can I get my data back?

Not sure why it behave like that , but something trigger that crash and prompted to wipe the phone, regarding your data if everything was sync to Google and Samsung you should be fine getting them back after signing back into those accounts.
