Hello Abdul Mateen Farooq,
This mail is sent when there have been 5 or more failed sign-in attempts on the lock-screen of a mobile device.
Your mobile phone (or tablet) has been reset abnormally and locked.
You must sign into your registered Samsung account to use it again.

but now when i open my samsung account in findmymobile.samsung.com my device is not there it has been removed? can thief remove my samsung account from my mobile by hard formatting it ? can anyone help me regarding this ?

Regards
Mateen

Also log into android device manager online, if the phone is on you should be able to lock it, track it and wipe it. Just use your Google account to log in
