My samsung pay on gear s2 is not workimg

I just recently bought the samsung gear s2 because i wantef samsung pay in my watch. I saw there was an open beta for it. I go into Samsung Gear manager on my phone and yes its it the latest update 2.2.1 and my watch is updated as well, but samsung pay is not there. I saw that the update for samsung pay beta is in the next update past 2.2.1, but it keeps yelling me im in the lastest verson of the app. Its now augest 11th 2016 and the update was in july. I have att service if that makes a difference. Can anyone help or explain why its not there?

I wasn't aware that the samsung pay update started rolling out on the 3g versions yet....

I have 2.2.1607 of Manager and 2.2.03.1607 of Gear Plugin. I don't think that everyone got the beta, but could be wrong. It is also only working on BT only watches at this point. Don't know if AT&T makes a diff, I have Verizon.
