my samsung s3 get wet in my bag because of my nephews bottle milk spilled - how to save it?

When I open my s3 my cellphone had a sound and it vibrate and the screen is black no picture

Once it gets to the "sound and vibrate" point, it's beyond saving unless you want to spend more to fix it than it would cost to replace it. (And no, there's no way to get any data off it.)
