Hi I just really need help if u don't mind.
I have a problem with samsung s3 mini gt-i8190.
What I did was to download samsung kies on my laptop and went "firmware upgrade and initialisation". It took soooo long and I was worried about losing all my files so I disconnected my phone, cancelling the process and now its stuck with "firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select kies & try again". And whenever I open the samsung kies in my laptop it always says connection error between the kies and the device.
Please, any suggestions is deeply appreciated.
