My Samsung S4 won't charge using the wall charger but will charge when plugged in to pc, why?

my samsung s4 wont charge using wall charger but will charge when plugged in to pc why???

my Samsung s4 wont charge using wall charger only when plugged into pc and I don't know why. I have tried replacing battery and using different charger but it still wont charge please someone help.

Because maybe phone is detecting power lead as a PC!
