My Samsung s7 wont charge without my fingerprint input

My s7 battery died completely and now it won't charge without a finger print, and the battery is completely died. I don't know what to do

Welcome to Android Central! Is it actually telling you that you have to unlock it with your fingerprint before you can charge it? If the battery's completely dead, how is it asking for that?
