My screen clicks when i hold my tablet from the corners

So I have been having a problem with my tablet, when I hold it in landscape mode with my two thumbs on the front lower corners and the bottom corners in my palms it puts a very small amount of pressure on the tablet and the screen will start to click at random usually in the lower right corner. it will open the menu like if im doing a hard press and add short cuts to my home screen. Also if i hold it in the middle on the sides and move it back and forth it will click and open apps and all types of crap with out even touching the screen I have the motion off. its almost like my tablet is twisted and the screen is responding to itself. any ideas what would cause that? Anyone else have the same problem?

PM me. I'm having the same problem and Samsung has been less than accommodating when I talked to them.

so you are having the same issue with the screen, that sucks i was kinda hoping it was just mine, I took mine back and ordered another one, it was doing it so bad that i could hardly use it any, what did samsung say?

Ship it to InteliSol. Shipped it there once and they didn't do anything. Now they told me to send it again for repair. Sigh...

I have oil spot issue and did not care. Now one corner is clicking on mine also. Its has been 25 days since I bought it. I am going down and getting a new one tommorow. The oil spot issue supposedly is no time limit right now to replace. I one of them people that will flip out on someone in store and keep going higher and higher up the chain until I walk out totally satisfied. I spent a grand that day and and atleast 5 grand in that best buy since last December. I will walk out with a new tablet tommorow morning.

my tablet is doing the same thing and it is the top corners. it started about the same day i got it but i brushed it off. when i got it i didnt want to go back because i just got it.

Welcome to Android Central! FYI, you're responding in an 11 year old thread about the ancient original Galaxy Tab. Which tablet do you have? If it's not interfering with the performance of the device, then it's probably just poor build quality. If it does seem to cause problems with the device's operation, then contact the manufacturer if it's still under warranty.
