My screen gets lag on one side when scrolling how do I fix that?

It's not lag... it's an effect, actually. Many (myself included) don't like it as it seems to warp the image, but that's an intentional 'animation' apparently. Can't remember if the 'lagging' side depends on where you tap and hold to scroll or whether you're scrolling up or down, but you can see it on both edges.
