My screen is black, can I view it through my PC?

Hey guys,
My S4's screen died, but the touch screen still works. I remember my unlock pattern luckily.
I am worried about getting all my data off of it. Calendar, contacts, documents, etc. Hopefully I can do that without some sort of screen mirroring? But would be nice to be able to screen mirror or even be able to view the screen and control it on my computer if possible.

Anyone know about this subject?

Edit: ps. I was already looking for a new phone and already changed the digitizer once so not interested in doing that again.

You need an MHL adapter, which can connect your microUSB port to your TV's or monitor's HDMI input. MHL adapters are relatively inexpensive.
