Screen broken/unresponsive need to transfer files to computer, please help!

you know that kindle fire commercial where the mom is on the phone puts her kindle on the roof of the car, forgets it there, drives, and kindle drops on the ground? that happened to me today, but worse, as i was in a rush to go to an appointment, my phone hit the ground pretty hard. obviously the screen is cracked and the screen will not work. it's mostly just dialing 4's and 9's and it's waking up randomly. i cannot unlock my phone to transfer all of my files! i dont have an sd card, everything is kept in the internal memory and i keep everything on my phone! PLEASE HELP! what are my options? i've tried shutting it down and turning it back on but the screen is still messed up. i need to unlock it to allow transfer of files from phone to computer, at least that's the only way i know how to do it. are there any other ways?

my phone charges, and autoplay comes up but when i open the phone's folder on the computer nothing comes up. usually i have to give access (it's called MTP something...sorry im not tech savvy!) for my computer to access my phone's files..i think everything still works fine, its just the touchscreen that is messed up. for example, when i try to press "7" it will enter "4" or "9". sometimes it would just wake up by itself, pressing 9's and 4's.

on the lg pc suite, when i try to "connect" it it can't locate my phone. im guessing this is because i need to allow my computer access. i never used this feature, i always just dragged and dropped my files

i have tmobile but i bought this phone unlocked and previously owned from swappa almost 5 months ago.would this be something that they can help me with? is it just a screen replacement that i need or do i need a glass or lcd replacement?

i posted a video showing the unresponsive screen, notice i am pressing on the screen quite hard:

I think that it's the digitizer that is cracked only, since the screen would be heavily distorted. Although replacing the digitizer itself is difficult to do and it is recommended that you replace the whole screen including the digitizer. That's like $120 instead of $30.

That is worse than I thought, since you have a secure lock screen.

T-Mobile might be able to do a data dump from the recovery menu in download mode. It won't hurt to try. I don't know if the LG Suite will see the G3 properly from download mode?

thanks again for your response! i was suggested to try and use an otg cable to use as a mouse to unlock my screen. i will try to do that first, if not i will try your suggestion of going to Tmobile for a data pump. thank you!!

If you get the cable, try and get the digitizer glass off completely. That might keep it from clicking erroneously. Although this might be hard since it's literally glued to the screen. Might be able to open the phone up and disconnect the digitizer, but obviously try the cable without doing that to see.
