My screen is stuck on the page with Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 on it. How can I get it off?

screen stuck on the page with "samsung galaxy note 10.1" on it.

i have cleared the cache but it's still the same so i chose the factory reset option. when it had completed the reset i switched on and still the same screen appeared and it's been like that for at least half an hour now. totally baffled!! can you help please.
