My screen is not responding to touch. So I tried rebooting the phone and it still won't work. I don't know what else to do. Also when it turns on it says Network Lock: This device can be remotely unlocked if eligible. Please use the"Device Unlock" application to unlock the device. I need to know how to do that please??
