My Screen Shrank---Help

I pressed down on my screen with my sleeve to clean something off of it earlier and when I'd finished, my screen had shrunk by about 3/16" of an inch on all sides.

I pressed down on it again to see if that would reverse it with no luck. The Display option in Settings offered no help. I pulled the battery then with the same results.

Any ideas? I want my full screen back.

Did you leave the battery out for a minimum of a full minute before putting back in & turning on? I've done the same thing wiping the screen and had screen weirdness, but it does go away after a batt pull. Next time, lock your screen (top button pushed lightly) before you wipe screen.
