My sharp Aquos S2 phone was charging and then just got black

My sharp Aquos S2 phone was charging and then just got black and I can do anything on it... even recet it or turn on it... should I take out the batery¡? please help me!!

There are various possible causes. You could try removing the battery if it’s easily enough done. But it could be battery or hardware failure.
Try first charging for a long time, then hold Power to try to start the phone.
