My sound notification no longer works on my msg app after installing the most recent Verizon update. Notifications are turned on. I tried a reboot to no of avail. I also tried switching default apps, still no sound. Any help would be appreciated. This is on a Note 5, Verizon

Hi, are you able to change the tone? Maybe loading a new one will prompt it to work again?
