my sounds and ringtones?

I came from a lg dare and I was always able to send sounds through mms and then save them as a sound or ringtone. How can you do this on DI. also where can I see all of my sounds on DI like you can on a basic verizon phone.

once you have created a new text:
menu > attach > audio > music > whatever file you want

you can also mount your phone and go into the sdCard and create media >audio > ringtones and just put stuff in there.

Also, you can create your own ringtones from songs you have on the phone using an app like Ringdroid.
