Ordered my spigen slim armor from amazon on monday, and had it at my door step when I got home from work today. As a 7 year iphone user, I'm happy to mention that my phone alerted me through Google now it was delivered lol.
Honestly for 16 bucks, this case is pretty awesome. It's nice and slim, which was an absolute must for a phone this size. Protection seems good enough...it's no otterbox, but I wear a suit and tie to work, so I don't have to worry about hitting it with my hammer. It has nice slightly elevated lip around the entire screen, that is just enough to keep the screen protecting from a face first drop. It also makes using the phone much easier, as I'm not accidently clicking the back or multi tasking button while one handed reaching.
A few amazon reviewers reported it being slippery, and I mean yea I may be slightly glossy....but I don't see it being an issue one bit. I personally think I one hand the phone better now.
The only chinsy part is the kick stand. Yea it will work, but if you put anymore pressure than the weight of the phone on it, I can see it snapping instantly. Overall though, I'm very satistied, and the white on gray on my white note is very storm troope-ish.
