My Sprint Note 8 Has Damage to the Bezels Out of the Box

Hey all,

Just received my new N8 yesterday from Sprint. I noticed right away two small notches in the metal bezel. One on the left top and one on the left bottom.

Anyone else have amyyhijng like this and is it normal?

No, pre-existing damage isn't normal. It should be exchanged for an unbroken one.

Photograph and report it immediately. Yesterday would have been better, but today should still be ok.

Exchange it. No reason to accept that on a brand new device.
