My Stylo 2 will not advance screen after factory reboot. Help

[Android Central Question]

I bought my Stylo 2 from a good friend a few weeks ago. I did a factory reboot on it the other day and immediately afterwards when it turned back on it flashes between the Tracfone opening page and a small box that says ANDROID starting. that all it will do I can not turn it off or anything. It will eventually just go dead unless I take out the battery. PLEASE HELP

Welcome to Android Central! Is there a reason you did a factory reset? Was it malfunctioning to begin with?
