My Tab 3 has colors on the screen, what do I do?

My tab 3 has colours on the screen

I installed the new software on my tab 3 and it rebooted and all of a sudden it went black and all these colours appeared on the two sides of the screen.it allows me to shut it down but when I turn it on the colours just come back!!!
Some help would really be soo helpful right now

Hi, did you download an OTA update or did you flash a custom ROM yourself?

Reflash your device using Odin. You should be able to find stock firmware at sammobile.com
