My tablet has gone into a foreign language how do I change it back to English

My tablet was on charge when I unplug geddit it it was in a foreign language how do I change it back to English

Welcome to Android Central! Which tablet? Swipe down the notification panel and tap the settings gear icon. Then look for the Language option -- if each menu item has an icon associated with it, look for either the globe icon or the letter "A" icon, and select that. The System Language menu should be the first item in that list.
