my tablet was stolen i did register it on line when I got it is there any way i can track it

I had a Samsung galaxy 10.1 tablet when i first got it i registered it on line like it said to now someone has stolen it is there any way i can track it to get it back i did report it stolen to the police

To track it or any device it would need a internet connection and for better tracking, a GPS radio.
