my tech 21 LG phone is black and white I want it back to color how do I do that

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, which LG phone? Tech21 makes accessories, not phones.

If it's an LG phone, go to Settings>Display and look for Reader Mode. It might also be in Settings>Accessibility.​ If you don't see that, look also for Greyscale mode. Ultra Power Saving Modes can also do this on certain phones.
