My tool icon from Facebook Live is missing

I try to go live, but want to change the mirror text in my selfie mode. I click on the magic wand icon, but my last icon is the pencil, there is no tool icon with the screwdriver. I have this problem now 2 different phones, so it's not a phone issue. Neither a Facebook profile issue, because if I log in with another Facebook profile, I still have the issue. My husband tried to log in my account on his phone, at it worked.

Is it just a co-incident that I bought 2 phones and they both were wrong?

What is going on here and what is the workaround?
