My v10 wont let me download anything from the play store

So I've read all your suggestions and haven't had any luck. I've tried clearing the cache and the data, restarting my account and tried using Wi-Fi only, nothing has worked, I click on an app or update and it just says download pending. Of you have any other suggestions they would be much appreciated, thank you
