Are you using a SIM card for Virgin Mobile, or are you using a different carrier's SIM card?
If it's for Virgin Mobile, I would suggest that you contact them and ask for a new SIM card. The one you have might have gone bad.
If it's for a different carrier, is your phone unlocked?
