My wife's Moto Z3 will not connect to Android Auto in 2020 Malibu.

I have tried different cables, checked usb setting in developer options and get the message connect a supported device. My samsumg A 51 works perfectly.

Does it give error code? You try restarting the phone?

Welcome to Android Central! Does the phone connect to a computer successfully via USB? If not, make sure the phone's USB port is clear of any debris. Use a can of compressed air to blow it out, or a computer vacuum to suck it out.
