My wifi on my S4 is not working, it wont turn on/enable. How can I fix this?

my wifi in s4 not working, it wont turn on/enable

i tap my wifi icon,it won't turn on, i alrdy go to the settings and enabled it,but it go back to disable

Welcome to Android Central! Try wiping the cache partition: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744. If that doesn't help, then try Safe Mode (steps are at the bottom of that article).

It could be a loose connection somewhere--if you're adventurous, you could try opening the phone up and checking (search YouTube for how-to videos).
