MyTouch 4G Update

hello Android Central admin, fan & user.
i purchased a none contract My Touch 4G at my local t-mobile store Dec. 3 2010.
i received an update last night , i was so excited my first update.
yeah.. me. hopping it to be 2.3 sadly it wasn't
I'm still hopping for 2.3
lol... it fix the youtube issue and others...
so now i can use youtube without stressing.....

No. There are many threads about 2.3, and we have an entire section devoted to it in the Android Chat section.

How did you get the update already? Could it be because you are rooted?
