mytouch wont boot

I had rooted my phone just fine,but when I tried to add a rom to get and reboot the phone it wont go past the my touch screen. Is there any way to fix this. I even tried unrooting the phone and I cant get it to do that.

I had this SAME problem, but with the Droid.
The only solution I found was wiping the device /:

How do you wipe when it will not boot?
