Nagging popup about free app sponsored by ...

Within the last month or so I've been getting a nagging popup just below the dial area which says "Free app sponsored by ..." This happens after EVERY & call I can't find the app that's causing it. It's such a time wasting nag, especially if I want to make a new call. It delays unless I escape. I don't want to visit some website after every call that I make. Is there any way to stop this? Anyone?

Welcome to Android Central! Sounds like an ad network. Try installing Lookout Ad Network Detector. If it finds an ad network, it'll tell you how to opt out or remove it.
