After a month or so, how's your naked 2 or 2 XL holding up from normal use?

With my S8, there were complaints about how easy screen imperfections would happen. Not the case with my 2 XL, screen looks new and appears to handle normal in-and-out-of-pocket, tapping, swiping, etc just fine.

As far as the exterior, rear side edge of the has a small blemish. Barely noticeable and nothing unexpected, will likely see more over time. Overall, durability appears to be very good. And the Panda is not a fingerprint magnet like other phones. Anyone else?

(Please no "why would anyone rock a $1000 phone naked" posts. There are other threads for that.)

Mine is fine, smaller pixel. I was forced to go without tho as I am still waiting on a case which I ended up getting custom made. That said tho I am enjoying it naked and like the cool metal feel. I do dislike setting it down on the camera hump tho so will hopefully have my case soon. I do see the attraction of no case. I've never gone so long without a case.
EDIT: Fogot to mention it is holding up fine, still looks brand new, no scratches at all.

After dropping my 2 XL four times, the screen finally broke! From a 3ft drop! Now rocking a LifeProof Fré. This phone is slippery!!!!!

Pixel 2 (non-supersized) naked since November 1. No blemishes or scratches on the screen, backglass or chassis. I do baby it and use a Fitbag sleeve instead of a case.

I would love to run this one naked but the camera pops out too far and I fear I'm going to break that

This is the first phone outside of the KEYone that I've been using naked, and so far so good. I've got a dbrand skin arriving later this week though as I want a bit of protection overall, but I absolutely love the feel of this phone without a case!

Considering how rarely I drop my phone, I'm not too worried. If manage to break a phone and am forced to pay a deductible on the insurance plan I have, I may reconsider then.

I have a thin case on mainly for grip. I'm more scared of it slipping and me dropping it more then anything.

Did you finally get the Peel? I gave up on waiting for it. Now I'm waiting on another, LOL.

Been naked since I got it about a month ago. Dropped it twice from less than 2 feet. I don't see any nicks or scratches. The back is less slippery than my Droid Turbo 2. This phone "feels" more fragile so I'll probably order a case soon. This could be the very first phone I ever put a case on. Been naked since the OG Droid.

I have a slim case on it mainly for grip. I feel if I had it naked it would slip one time and that would be the end haha.

Was Naked on the couch last night great feeling like the phone much better that way but got nervous and cased up

I had mine naked for about a month and a half maybe. the only issue I had (even after dropping it a few times) was when it slipped out of my lap on to my truck floor mat face down. it slid across a couple times before I came to a stop and picked it up. now I have a couple tiny scratches on the screen.

decided to put the case back on to get that screen buffer since I can't find a decent screen protector.

Dropped from my ear to the table and cracked at the bottom speaker (2xl). Still no way to get it fixed in the UK. Sellotape on it just now to stop my fingers getting splinters.

Ouch..bad luck and that just sucks.

If I'm reading this right, you're planning on buffing out the scratches? I'd be very careful with that as you'll likely damage or remove the oleophobic coating on the glass.

Oh no, I was referring to the the lip of the case being slightly higher than the screen giving me a buffer from surfaces should it fall face down again. I am definitely weary of putting any sort of chemical on the screen for the exact reason you mentioned.
