NAND Unlock Coming Out Today!!!

That's great news now all I need is my Kingston SDcard which will be delivered Thursday for root :)

Is that driver different than the one that gets installed during the root process?

yeah guys it will most likely come tonight when all the devs are out of work. they were talking about it in the IRC and also tweeting about it. so LETS GET FLASHING EVERYONE!

yes this driver is particularly for hboot. i am pretty sure they tweaked it also. so you will 100% without a doubt need this driver for the tool to read your device.

Is this tool that UnRevoked has been working on for root? Or do you need root to use it, still haven't got an answer on it.

*EDIT*
Never mind went and read a bit over on XDA. You need root to use the tools as it only enables an unlocked NAND and tools, very useful tools, than enable you to get into the recovery without worrying about memory cards and timing and all that crap.

Downside......you have to worry about all that crap before you can use it, so all this news is worthless to me, because no matter what I have tried my incredible will not root. And I've tried all kinds of timing and memory cards.....sucks.
