Narrowed my selection input please

Well I currently have a galaxy note 4 and like it very much. But being the tech junkie that I am, I'm ready to upgrade. I've ruled out the note 5 because of the lack of expandable storage and the fact that 64gb isn't enough for me and the fact that a small battery wouldn't get me thru the day. Here's what I decided. I'm looking at the 128gb nexus 6p. Enough storage, and good size battery. And the lg v10. Awesome phone with tons of storage options and a swappable battery. Any opinions whether you agree or not would be appreciated.

Both really good choices, from what I've read (and I'm still waiting for Huawei to deliver my 128 GB 6P :-\ ). Some reviews point out that the V10 is fairly heavy. And, of course, the 6P will be on the forefront to receive system updates.

So, that site shows the unit as 130. Using that, i guess the upstairs unit is 230 which is booked for my dates and more expensive. Out of all the complexes I listed, which one would be best? I can find other units for all of these in my price range.
