Native Voice Recorder on HTC Hero

I'm trying to get the voice recordings I use with the native voice recorder on my Hero, onto my computer. I use it as a lecture recorder and I can listen to it on my phone. But I want to transfer them to my computer. Any help would be much appreciated.
