Navigation and incoming calls????

I am curious as to why I lose my navigation screen when I receive an incoming call? The new sense according to HTC's website is that it will just have a little window slide to the left with the name and number. I was really looking forward to that. Is it because Verizon locks down certain programs? Or do I need to change a setting?

My understanding that video is only if you use HTC's Navigation, it's not integrated in the Google Navigation app.

And that is removed by Verizon, Correct? Ah well.
