Navigation bar customization on Nexus 5

Will the Nexus 5 have a customizable navigation bar as a standard feature same as the LG g2? I hate the back button on the left, need it on the right side.

Also will it have the tap the screen to wake feature the g2 has?

It will be running the latest version of Android on Launch (KitKat) and unless kit kat has those then no. But you can always root to get those features.
