Navigation / Basic key Stuck and Not Working

My navigation keys were not working for quote some time. I could work around the issue with navigation keys, by tilting the phone is landscape version. However, recently the keyboard also stopped working for application such Hangout, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger.
So I decided to do a Soft Factory Reset.
Factory Reset went well, but the navigation keys are still not working.

So now, I have a bigger problem, since, the navigation keys are not working, I cant get inside the phone home page, as the screen stuck by the introductory message after Factory Reset. The intorductory message is in portrait version and cant be rotated to landscape version.

Please advise, because if it doesnt get resolved I will have to buy a new phone and I was really looking forward to buy the new Nexus.

Welcome to Android Central! There may not be much you can do, if that much of the screen has become unresponsive (which is likely due to a failing digitizer). Can you swipe the notification panel down?
