I just got a chance to borrow my friend's NC for some trials. He rooted it with Cyanogenmod, looks like its stored on the internal drive. He also broke his usb cable so I have no direct connection to the device. So right now I've been trying to see if I could transfer files via the micro SD card, but when I insert the card I don't see a mount option under the "Storage" setting which looks like the only SD card option in the settings I see. He says there's a special format you need to do to get the card to be read, but I'm not sure about that.
Is there a way to figure out what might be the issue?
Alternatively is there a way to transfer files to the NC via network? Dropbox seems to be complaining about USB cable/SD card not installed.
