Funny how providing some one else's copyrighted material for free results in an app getting pulled. Intellectual property is still a law.

They never provided any copyrighted materials. All the emulators were written by the author or based on open source material. Those who illegally download roms are the criminals, not the creators of emulators.

..sorta. They don't explain it well but it may have been a problem with selling the app without releasing the source when it had GPL components, or it could have been a trademark issue. Although, trademark issues should require a court order otherwise Planet Hollywood could shut down the Planetariums all across the country.
