I am using Android 7.0 on LG Stylo 3 Plus. I need to start keeping my husband's Google calendar as well as my own on my device without combining the two or logging into his account. I also need for him to have edit capabilities for the events that I enter on his calendar. Can anyone recommend a method or app to manage this? Thanks in advance. ~ Summarah

UPDATE: I found an app that allows me to keep 2 separate Google calendars on my phone. I'll prolly have to log in with my husband's Google account for him to have edit ability, and only sync the calendar. I'm happy - it's the little things.

The only limitation would be that one single app would house both calendars. You could select the calendars that you want to display but I think that the OP wants 2 separate shortcuts, each only pointing to 1 calendar.

The sharing calendars and edit rights are definitely doable in Google calendar though.

Whenever I change the calendars displayed in one calendar app, it affects the other, including the standard Android app. I entered some events on his Google calendar, but he can't edit them.

If it's his calendar, then he should have rights to edit. His calendar would be a calendar he created, using his own Gmail address. It's a different scenario if it's a calendar you created for him. Rights can be changed in the Google calendar desktop site.
