Hey guys. I went thru the forums with case suggestions, but nothing that caught my eye. Basically I am looking for a case for GS3 that has a solid feel to it, provides good grip, wont pick link from the pocket, and doesn't add bulk to the device but still offers good protection. So far I am liking surface by seidio, but I am reading its really hard to take off. Do you have any suggestions for seidio or any other case?

BTW, is there a case with white color that matches the white shade of GS3?

I had the Seidio Surface on my Epic 4G Touch, and it was difficult to remove. But its a lovely case. If you are looking for something that thin (and consequently only protects from scratches and minor drops), then youre looking for a good TPU case like the Incipio Feather Ultralight.

I just purchased this case but I am absolutley loving it. it's the "Phantom" line from Case Mate. It has as much if not more durability as an otterbox defender with literally 1/3 the bulk. It keeps the streamlined nature of the S3 mostly intact. I optioned for the navy / teal color combination as I have the pebble blue S3 but there was a white / grey combo that looked pretty spiffy.

I can't put into words the build of the case cause honestly it is unlike any case I have ever had. It is one solid piece with a snap on screen protector. You insert the phone in the case kind of like a coffin (weird, I know but I am stretching here). It came with a holster but I am more then content to keep it in my pocket or back pack.

Suffice it to say, I can't sing the praises of this case enough.

I have a cheapy ebay TPU silicone gel case. They are slim fitting and don't bulk up the feeling of my phone. And the best part is that it doesn't attract lint or get stuck in my pocket. I always get one of these types of cases for any phone I own.

I would like to try the Case Mate Phantom but they don't have one in solid black, just black with white trim :(

I really like my OtterBox Commuter but the back has no grip to it and it slips around in my hands when using the phone.

I'm thinking of spreading a thin layer of black silicone on the back, it should be hardly noticeable and add the much needed grip.
