The toughest case there is, is the Otterbox Defender. A bit large, a bit expensive, but it has a kickstand (it's not apparent, but it's the belt clip), it has a charging port cover and unless you drive over it (I haven't tried that yet, but I've dropped them, slammed them, almost anything you can think of) it's about as tough as cases get.

For somewhat less money (and for what I would call comparable protection) you could get an i-Blason Armorbox that would seem to meet all of the criteria.

Using US Amazon pricing, that case, right now for an S9+, it is $17 compared to the Defender's $60.

I've had them in the past and never had an issue.
