The N4 cable is simply a microUSB cable. You can get one at any electronics store.

Don't know what you're referring to with "wireless charging bank". The N4 works with Qi wireless chargers.

Hey not smart to get any generic cable because if you see your nexus charger is slightly different to a normal mini USB charger and could stretch the port, if you want to get another one you can buy another one by LG that is made for the nexus 4

I use several different (and sometimes old) cables, no problem at all.

Hey I have had problems with other chargers and now that I charge my phone with the nexus charger it is really loose and is hard to charge

Don't see a difference some $0.30 cables don't work sometimes but most the time they do

Ever since my original N4 charger/cable combo started acting funky back in May, I've been using an old LG charger that came with my bluetooth headphones. Works fine. You should be able to use any micro-USB cable, but some may work better than others.
