Need a new phone with a great camera (on both sides) that doesn't cost overly much

Im a traveler and i have had my S5 active since...ages ago, and now i want a new phone. the problem is that im in a big MAZE of phones to choose from... basically, i need a phone with these qualities:
- great camera on both front and back (i travel a lot, so i take loads of photos and selfies)
- good enough for video recording is a huge plus. slowmo recording is a plus as well.
- works great for browsing, social medias and light gaming (browser apps/games)
- doesn't cost up to the price of iphone/S7-9, so prolly around $400 or less.
- android and should be a solid portion better than my current S5 active

what options do i have then? i've come across Huawei's Honor 10 as a good candidate, but it's a biiit too pricey for my wallet, unfortunately. ANY alternatives to Honor 10, perhaps? P10, or?

Great camera - Pixel 2 or 2 XL (or 3, in another month). Google isn't giving its HDR+ chip to anyone else.

SloMo - Xperia ZXI, Huawei P20, Xperia ZX Premium, Xperia XZ, Xperia XZ2 Premium, Iixel 2 XL (or 3 XL).

browsing, social medias and light gaming - anything with 4GB of RAM or more.

prolly around $400 or less - oops. None of them.
